Summary

SolveRN is built to need as little of your data as possible. You can use it without an account. Your saved questions stay on your device. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos you scan

When you solve a question, the photo you choose is sent to Google's Gemini AI service (via Firebase AI) to read the question and generate an answer with a rationale. Photos are used only to return a result and are not used by us to identify you, and are not used to train models. We do not store your photos on our own servers.

Your saved questions

Questions you save to your notebook are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded unless you turn on backup by signing in, which is optional and clearly labeled.

Account (optional)

You can use the app without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymous Apple user identifier (and an email only if you allow it) solely to secure your account and back up your notebook across your devices.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We receive purchase status and an anonymous identifier — never your card details.

Diagnostics

We may use Firebase services (including App Check) that collect basic, aggregated diagnostics to keep the app working and secure. This is not used to identify you personally.

Your choices & contact

You can delete your saved questions in the app at any time. If you sign in, you may request account deletion in Settings. For any privacy request, contact the email below.
